This new system ensures efficient and effective email and SMS communication with all estate agents and agencies. In addition, it introduces the convenience of applying for and receiving electronic certificates, making the process faster, more reliable, and environmentally friendly.

Some agents may have already received an email or SMS from the new system regarding their registration and new enrolment number as part of this migration.

   With this new system, we will be able to issue electronic examination pass certificates, induction training certificates, and FFC Certificates. You will also be able to renew your yearly non-practicing member membership online. More will be shared when this service becomes available for all agents and agencies.
