The Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB), in collaboration with Werder, Kauta, and Hoveka (WKH), invites all members of the public to participate in a comprehensive training workshop on essential legal issues impacting property management. Eviction: Legal process and rights involved in eviction.
Commission: Rules around when and how commission is payable.
Rates and Taxes: Responsibilities for payment under common law.
Deposit Money: Proper handling and permissible deductions.
Maintenance of Rental Property: Legal obligations of landlords and tenants.
Changing Locks & Cutting Electricity: Legalities when rent is outstanding and the lessor's rights over the lessee’s movable goods.
